3 months, two states, and three countries later, we finally found our Shabu Shabu Hot Pots. Took lots of help – flying to LA looking for suppliers, searching online for a few months, and leveraging all of our contacts. We finally found the hot pots we wanted. A big thanks for our friend, Naoko, who helped source the right person and product for us. Coming from Japan, these hot pots will hopefully stand up to wear and tear. Nice and heavy they are…yes!
Fortunately, we ordered a few sample ones first to make sure they are the right size and style we wanted. Thankfully, we got to inspect them in person and decided that we needed one size bigger. They finally came this past week, loaded onto truck and ready to roll.
